Administration Officers:
- participate in the development, updating and application of administrative policies, procedures, and processes of one or more administration units of the school board;
- supervise and coordinate the work of the support staff in their areas of activity;
- study and analyze various dossiers in order to make recommendations and ensure follow-up.
For example, it is partly thanks to their work that the school boards:
- are protected against fraud;
- are protected against abusive spending of all types;
- have technological systems adapted to their organizational needs;
- support and advise their management staff;
- etc.
