Administration Officers:

  •  participate in the development, updating and application of administrative policies, procedures, and processes of one or more administration units of the school board;
  •  supervise and coordinate the work of the support staff in their areas of activity;
  •  study and analyze various dossiers in order to make recommendations and ensure follow-up.

For example, it is partly thanks to their work that the school boards:

  •  are protected against fraud;
  •  are protected against abusive spending of all types;
  •  have technological systems adapted to their organizational needs;
  •  support and advise their management staff;
  •  etc.
