La même démarche a été effectuée avec la partie patronale à la table francophone, le 29 mars dernier. Après analyse de la situation des priorités de part et d’autre, nous avons indiqué à la partie patronale que nous serions disposés à la rencontrer à nouveau si elle avait une réelle possibilité de négociation. Le porte-parole de la partie patronale nous a contactés le 1er avril en fin de journée pour fixer une nouvelle rencontre afin de discuter des priorités identifiées.
Comme les pourparlers n’entrent pas dans un dénouement rapide, nous avons indiqué au représentant patronal que nous reprenions le rythme original.
Francophone table for the P1 Collective Agreement:
The same approach was made with the employer at the Francophone negotiation table on March 29th. After analysing the situation of priorities on both sides, we indicated to the employer that we would be willing to meet with them again if they had a mandate to negotiate. The spokesperson for the employer side contacted us at the end of the day on April 1st to set up a new meeting to discuss the priorities identified.
We have indicated to the employer representative that we are returning to the table at the original negotiation pace.
